  • Linda Michaels, Founder

    Linda is the founder of AZ HR Hub. She is a masterful HR professional with over 25 years of human resources experience.  Linda has been an HR strategic partner to start up companies, small, mid-size, and Fortune 500 companies.  With a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and a PHR certification as well as her SHRM-CP certification through SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management). Linda loves giving back to her HR profession.

  • Katie DeBus, Operations Consultant

    With over three years of dedicated service at AZ HR Hub, Katie has been a cornerstone in supporting a diverse clientele while overseeing internal operations. She is a seasoned professional in HR operations, strategy, and employee management. Her wealth of knowledge, backed by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, ensures compliance, effective training, and streamlined operations. Katie's expertise spans payroll, benefits, compensation, policy creation, and performance management, making her your go-to for building HR operations and boosting employee engagement.

  • Ricardo Parra, HR Consultant

    Ricardo’s passion for HR shows in his commitment to develop his HR career. He contributes to our HR team with workforce development in innovative ways. Through multiple HR internships and projects, he continues to build a comprehensive understanding of the field in areas related to compensation, employment law, employee relations, and recruiting. Ricardo has a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Arizona State University. 

  • Marret Barlow, HR Consultant

    Marret’s a big picture visionary who excels at planning for long term goals. She brings 15 years of HR experience in industries including social services, manufacturing, accounting, and restaurant services. Having worked as a generalist and a business partner, Marret has the ability to apply a business focused yet human centric mindset to goals and objectives. Customizing approaches to performance management, workforce development, and employee relations is part of her passion. She excels at finding new and innovative ideas in personnel management. Marret is PHR and SHRM-CP certified. She has an MBA from Arizona State University with a focus on supply chain and international business and a BS in business management.

  • Esther Lheureux, HR Consultant

    Esther's talent stems from over 10 years of Human Resources experience in industries including IT, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Financial Services, Education and Aircraft Manufacturing.  She had served in HR Manager and HRBP capacities.  Her specialty in Global HR, recruiting, talent management, performance management, employee relations and training and learning development is an asset to our HR team.  Esther earned her Master degree in Human Resources from Ottawa University-Phoenix and she is also PHRca and SPHR certified.

  • Brianna McReynolds, HR Consultant

    Brianna’s 4 years of experience in the medical and manufacturing industries widens the scope of our HR team knowledge. Her experience is a deep dive into employee relations, leave laws, onboarding, coaching, and recruiting. Brianna enjoys the big picture of HR and has a passion for employee relations. Brianna earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare coordination from Arizona State University and is SHRM-CP certified.

  • Matt Delacruz, HR Consultant

    Matt adds to our HR team a depth of HR knowledge and experience that is a breath of fresh air! He brings 4 years of HR know-how with versatile industry experience. He also brings experience in union and non-union environments. Matt received his MBA from Davenport University, a Master of Arts in International Relations from WMU, and is certified by both HRCI (PHR-International) and SHRM (SHRM-CP) as a human resource professional.

  • Monique Hite, Payroll/Benefits Consultant

    Monique brings 22 years of amazing payroll experience on many different platforms. During that time, she has acquired skills to master complex processing procedures and create efficient systems. Motivated by accuracy and high-quality outcomes, she doesn’t shy away from tackling any payroll issue.  Monique is an Arizona native and enjoys cheering on her children while playing their favorite sport. She spends her free time trying to make the perfect pie crust for baking competitions (Yum!).

  • Susan Thomas, Sr. Recruiting Consultant

    Susan graduated from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has her PHR certification. With over 18 years of experience as a senior level recruiter, Susan brings experience in identifying top talent with fast growing start-ups in the SaaS, Finance and Technology industries. She is renowned for her ability to recruit top talent at any level for any industry via strong business acumen, relationship building a passion for finding the perfect match for both candidate and business owners.

  • Monica Grant, HR Consultant

    Monica is a results-driven, multifaceted, and performance-focused professional, offering progressive experience in providing expert HR guidance and developing people-centric strategies that drive organizational success.

    Monica has her Master’s degree as well as her SHRM-CP certification. She thrives on aligning HR initiatives with corporate goals, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring that organization's people practices support long-term growth and sustainability. Monica is highly effective at building strategic business partnerships; optimizing HR efficiencies; and rendering consultative support to executive leadership and stakeholders.

  • Amanda Jackson, Sales Consultant

    Stemming back to her adolescent dream of becoming a Fish and Game Warden she pursued an education in the Criminal Justice field to implement standards and regulations when needed. Amanda’s experience expands over a decade in a plethora of different industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Agriculture and Water Treatment. Though the industries are diverse she knows how critical the HR role is for each one due to her deep rooted values of following structured processes and guidelines. When Amanda is not occupied following rules and regulations she enjoys concerts, stand-up comedy and taking cute pictures of her dog.

  • Terri Whisenhunt, Recruiting Consultant

    Terri, a Summa Cum Laude graduate with a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University, brings over a decade of HR experience specializing in recruiting across diverse industries including business, engineering, manufacturing, IT, finance, and data research. Terri is passionate about cultivating strong client relationships and connecting top-tier candidates with their ideal organizations. With a dedication to seamless communication and delivering exceptional first impressions, Terri is well-equipped to fulfill any recruitment needs with her proven track record of success. In her free time, Terri pursues her other passion in theater as an actor, playwriter, instructor, and director.
