Linda Michaels

Linda is the fearless leader of our HR team and founder of AZ HR Hub. She is a masterful HR professional with over 25 years of human resources experience.  Linda has been an HR strategic partner to start up companies, small, mid-size, and Fortune 500 companies.  With a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and a PHR certification as well as her SHRM-CP certification through SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management), Linda is a rock star HR leader.


Katie DeBus

Katie is a bright, shining star on our HR team with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Dickson State University. She brings us six years of experience in the service industry.  Katie’s experience in developing efficient payroll and benefits processes and effective recruiting and onboarding practices is nothing short of amazing. She’s a wiz at handling employee relations issues. Katie is proficient in hiring, developing, and motivating employees. She is adept at learning new industry laws and standards, as well as incorporating relevant best practices into new planning and coordination with our clients.


Carol DuBois

Carol is a virtuoso in recruiting on our HR team! With 15 years of experience as a human resource professional, Carol is especially passionate about finding the right person for your job openings. She’s a pro at selecting candidates that are a great match for your open position and your company. Carol brings experience in creating job descriptions, interviewing, onboarding, training, employee engagement, performance management, coaching, benefits, and compliance. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ottawa University with a bachelor’s degree in human resources management.


Ricardo Parra

Ricardo’s passion for HR shows in his commitment to develop his HR career. He contributes to our HR team with workforce development in innovative ways. Through multiple HR internships and projects, he continues to build a comprehensive understanding of the field in areas related to compensation, employment law, employee relations, and recruiting. Ricardo has a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Arizona State University. 


Marret Barlow

Marret’s a big picture visionary who excels at planning for long term goals. She brings 15 years of HR experience in industries including social services, manufacturing, accounting, and restaurant services. Having worked as a generalist and a business partner, Marret has the ability to apply a business focused yet human centric mindset to goals and objectives. Customizing approaches to performance management, workforce development, and employee relations is part of her passion. She excels at finding new and innovative ideas in personnel management. Marret is PHR and SHRM-CP certified. She has an MBA from Arizona State University with a focus on supply chain and international business and a BS in business management.


Esther Lheureux

Esther’s talent stems from over 10 years of Human Resources experience in industries including IT, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Financial Services, Education and Aircraft Manufacturing.  She had served in HR Manager and HRBP capacities.  Her specialty in Global HR, recruiting, talent management, performance management, employee relations and training and learning development is an asset to our HR team.  Esther earned her Master degree in Human Resources from Ottawa University-Phoenix and she is also PHRca and SPHR certified.


Jessica Ingham

Jessica’s enthusiasm for HR has evolved through her experience in recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and payroll. She brings an energetic and thoughtful approach to HR and is a great fit on our HR team. She earned her master’s in human resource management from Northwest Missouri State University and earned her SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.


Matt Delacruz

Matt adds to our HR team a depth of HR knowledge and experience that is a breath of fresh air! He brings 4 years of HR know-how with versatile industry experience. He also brings experience in union and non-union environments. Matt received his MBA from Davenport University, a Master of Arts in International Relations from WMU, and is certified by both HRCI (PHR-International) and SHRM (SHRM-CP) as a human resource professional.


Brianna McReynolds

Brianna’s 4 years of experience in the medical and manufacturing industries widens the scope of our HR team knowledge. Her experience is a deep dive into employee relations, leave laws, onboarding, coaching, and recruiting. Brianna enjoys the big picture of HR and has a passion for employee relations. Brianna earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare coordination from Arizona State University and is SHRM-CP certified.


Tanner Kohoutek

Tanner’s passion for achieving results with an emphasis on leadership coaching, employee relations, and organization development shines through. His experience in the service industry and in logistics, sales, hospitality, cleaning and sanitation, and healthcare brings a unique and versatile perspective. With consulting experience in both small and large businesses, he is brilliant at tailoring HR functions. Tanner enjoys reading business journals, case law, economics, philosophy, and psychology literature and is dedicated to personal growth. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from W. P. Carey School of Business, ASU with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Law.
