Linda Michaels

Linda is the founder of AZ HR Hub and brings over 25 years of human resources experience.  Linda has been an HR strategic partner to start up companies, small, mid-size and Fortune 500 companies.  Linda has her bachelor's degree in Human Resources and her PHR certification as well as her SHRM-CP certification through SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management).

Deborah Ortega

Deborah is a certified Human Resource Professional with proven leadership skills.  She has over fifteen years of Human Resource experience.  Deborah has a dual Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration.  

Deborah is passionate about providing the highest level of care and commitment to her clients, as well as establishing and maintaining community relations.

Dom Vargas

Dom handles business development for AZ HR Hub.  Dom has an associate’s degree in Business Administration and is currently earning his bachelor’s in Human Resource Management from Indiana University Bloomington.

He has spent the last five years working across the food service, hospitality, retail, and education industries dedicating his time to bringing the HUMAN back into HUMAN RESOURCES.

Dom specializes in employee engagement, leadership development, and work culture reform and is passionate about helping others

Katie Funkhouser

Katie received her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Dickson State University.  Katie brings six years of experience in the service industry.  She brings experience in developing efficient payroll and benefits processes and effective recruiting and onboarding practices as well as handling employee relations issues. Katie is proficient in hiring, developing, and motivating employees. She is adept at learning new industry laws and standards, as well as incorporating relevant best practices into new planning and coordination with our clients.

Sandi Frahm

Sandi brings over 10 years of payroll and general HR experience.  In addition Sandi has an accounting background of over 30 years in accounts payable/receivable and 13+ years of QuickBooks experience.

Ricardo Parra

Ricardo recently received his bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Arizona State University. Through multiple HR internships and projects, he continues to build a comprehensive understanding of the field in areas related to compensation, employment law, employee relations, and recruiting. Ricardo is passionate about developing his HR career and contributing to workforce development in innovative ways.

Alexis Beeson

Alexis is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Cleary University. She has worked in multiple professional environments where she has gathered a lot of experience and knowledge of all the different paths in HR. Alexis plans to further her knowledge while overseeing recruitment activities with clients.
